Project Management existing methods lack adequate Information System concepts to support : the global design of the project management information system (PMIS) integrating all preoccupations of project control : time, perfomances, cost and risk. new trends like: knowledge management and capitalisation, strategic decision support systems, integration to the information system of the enterprise and extended co-operative work.
